Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who can develop and manage the digital marketing campaigns and oversee the social media strategy on all our social media platforms - like but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Medium. The professional should also be capable to develop an SEO strategy and monitor, evaluate the performance of the organisations visibility on the web. He/she should also be able to suggest and manage any on-ground marketing activities for further visibility of the products in events across different locations. The professional is expected to collaborate with the design team and content team to achieve the results necessary for the strategies. Key performance indicators will include engagement of customers on the web, performance of advertisements on the web, conversions and lead generations.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive results driven marketing campaigns
  • Generate and implement creative ideas for social media campaigns and handling hygiene of all social media accounts
  • Creating, monitoring and analysing ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
  • Perform daily account management on Google Adwords
  • Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring and targeting
  • Monitor keyword bids, monthly and daily budget caps and account metrics
  • Administer web analytics dashboard, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of improvement/expansion
  • Manage large keyword lists, analysing campaign/adgroup/keyword performance and suggesting necessary actions
  • Implement and manage on-ground marketing activities to be executed in events and campuses across various locations
Skills & Qualification
  • Proficiency with Macintosh
  • Proficiency with operating Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Medium
  • Proficiency with creating and hosting advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Adwords
  • Professional, precise communication skills
